Facing a landscape where an estimated 100,000 churches could close by 2050, we see an opportunity to reimagine billions of dollars in dormant assets as engines for social good rather than selling them off for standard commercial redevelopment.
By partnering directly with faith leaders and neighborhood organizers, we help communities "WRITE" a better future, a philosophy grounded in witnessing local wisdom, reimagining assets, investing capital, trusting communities, and embodying resilience.
Our approach goes beyond traditional development; we walk alongside local leaders to provide the essential training, mentorship, and capital needed to activate these spaces.
From creating workforce housing and commercial kitchens to launching community commons and child care centers, our projects are designed to achieve financial sustainability while fulfilling unmet neighborhood needs.
